Well officer, I was proceeding at well below the speed limit, when I was blinded by the sun...

                  So I made, what I still believe the be the right decision and pulled my hat over my eyes...

                  I must have then hit a pothole or something like that as I was thrown from my train...

                      It was certainly not my fault and despite what your breathalyser may say I had not been drinking
